AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE

-.Olivia Atellier's online articles are delivered at home in Spain, only in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.



PURCHASE PROCEDURE

-.Seasons to follow during the purchase process:

- When processing your order you can choose between purchase with or without registration. If you are not registered but wish to be registered, you can do so at the end of the purchase.

- Fill in the contact information and shipping address. This will not be necessary if you are already registered and do not want to modify the data.

- Select the means of payment.

- Check your information and confirm your order.

- Once the order has been made, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order.

 

FORMALIZATION OF THE CONTRACT

All orders will be subject to confirmation by Olivia Atelier. Therefore, the contract will be formalized when the order confirmation is sent.

 

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of Olivia Atelier's online articles will be that established on the Web at the time of placing the order. In case of error in the price, the customer will be informed as soon as possible, offering the option to confirm your order with the correct price or cancel it. In case of not being able to establish contact, the canceled order will be considered and the full refund of the amounts paid by the client will be processed.

The prices of the articles include 21% VAT (Value Added Tax) and exclude any amount for additional service, such as shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount before acceptance of the order by the user .

Olivia Atelier reserves the right to modify the prices that appear on the website at any time and without prior notice. However, the possible changes will not affect the orders that had been previously confirmed.

Promotions and discounts will be limited to the dates and selection of items and / or services indicated in the online store of Olivia Atelier.

The forms of payment accepted in the Olivia Atelier online store are: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro Mastercard and Paypal total amount before the acceptance of the order by the user.

For Olivia Atelier, the security and confidentiality of online shopping is of vital importance.

If you are registered and want the invoice of your order, once you receive the email confirmation of shipment you can download your invoice in the "My Orders" section of the online store. If you are not, you must contact our customer service to receive the invoice.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The action of adding a product to the basket does not suppose its reservation. It may happen that it runs out before formalizing the purchase despite being available when it was incorporated into the basket.

Online orders are subject to their availability. If at the time of receipt of the order there were no stocks, the user will be notified and the amount of the item in question will be returned in the same account from which the payment was made.

Olivia Atelier reserves the right to withdraw any article from the Web at any time.

 

ARRANGEMENT SERVICE

Olivia Atelier will not be responsible in any case for the arrangements and / or modifications of the articles, nor for the final result of the same.

We provide information on the composition, care and maintenance of the articles available on the Web.

In Olivia Atelier we try to faithfully reflect the colors of our articles in the catalog of the online store. However, there may be slight differences in color due to the quality of the photograph and / or the monitor from which the products are displayed. We can not guarantee that the colors that appear on the user's screen are exactly those of the garment.

 

DELIVERY

The terms may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order, such as, for example, the availability of the product or the delivery area. The customer will be informed of such circumstances and of the new delivery period. However, and in any case, the maximum delivery time will be 15 to 30 calendar days from the date of confirmation of the order. Delivery times always refer to working days, from Monday to Friday.

IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

There will be two delivery attempts at the address indicated by the customer; after the third unsuccessful attempt, the order will remain in the premises of the logistics provider of Olivia Atelier for seven (7) days so that the client can pick it up; Once this period has elapsed without being able to deliver the order, it will be returned to Olivia Atelier's facilities. If after thirty (30) days from the order is available for delivery the order could not be delivered for reasons not attributable to Olivia Atelier and / or has not been claimed by the customer, we understand that the customer wishes to withdraw from the contract and, therefore, we will consider it resolved by returning, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which we consider the contract terminated, all the amounts that would have been paid for that order, including the shipping costs. However, to said reimbursement the transport costs derived from the resolution of the contract will be deducted.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF THE USER AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN

The return of items purchased online from Olivia Atelier will have a cost depending on the article that is. The deadline to return the items purchased is 14 calendar days from the day following the material reception by the customer.

The refund will be accepted as long as the return conditions established by Olivia Atelier are met. These are:

-.Find within 14 calendar days from the material receipt of the items by the consumer.

-The products must be in their original and unused condition, with all the labels of Olivia Atelier and the dress tapes intact and the documentation included.

-The return must be made in the original packaging.

-The refund can be made free of charge through the logistics provider established by Olivia Atelier.

-Olivia Atelier will not accept returns of items used, incomplete, worn, damaged or do not meet the conditions of return established in these conditions.

These items will be returned to the customer and, therefore, the refund of the amount will not proceed.

Expenses derived from the return of the items will be charged to the customer.

Process to request the return.

Also, you can use the model withdrawal form that appears at the end of these Conditions or any other unequivocal statement in which you express your desire to withdraw from the contract.

-.Prepare the return package

In the original packaging you must enter the items to be returned and the delivery note with the marks of the items to be returned. Close the package with the security sticker.

IMPORTANT: The labels of all articles must be kept intact as well as the tapes in the case of dresses.

-.Delivery of the package

Deliver the package to the carrier.

-.Refund.

Within the period of 14 calendar days after the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract, once accepted the return by Olivia Atelier as set out in these conditions, you will receive reimbursement of all amounts that I would have paid for that order, including the shipping costs in the same account from which the payment was made. To said refund will be deducted the return costs derived from the termination of the contract. Olivia Atelier reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until she has received the items to be withdrawn, or until proof of their return has been presented. -ANULATIONS AND CHANGES

Due to the rapidity in the preparation and shipping times, the cancellation of the order will not be accepted. Nor will it be possible to make changes to one product for another.
